About Malcom

Malcom, whose full name is Malcom Filipe Silva de Oliveira, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a forward for UAE Pro League club Al Jazira. He was born on 26 February 1997 in São Paulo and is mostly deployed as a right winger. He began his career at Corinthians, making his professional debut in 2014 and winning the 2015 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A.

In January 2016 Malcom transferred to Bordeaux, where he played 96 games and scored 23 goals over the next two and a half years. He signed for Barcelona for an initial fee of 41 million euros in 2018. A year later he signed for Zenit Saint Petersburg for 40 million euros. He helped Zenit win the Russian Premier League in each of the four seasons he was there, scoring 38 goals in 84 league games. In 2023 he joined Saudi Pro League club Al Hilal.
